French (9-16) or English (9-16) + tennis, omnisport, horse riding or excursion Stay : The participants stay in full pension in St Leo College in the very centre of the historical town Brugge, just 5 min away from the Belfry. The boarding-school can lodge 200 pupils in modern, comfortable single rooms (only double room on specific request). Professional, duty minded, always positive minded and experienced teachers, organizing lots of activities and present at every single moment. Aim of the program : Small groups, 8 to 12 pupils max. in order to let everyone speaking. The aim is to go beyond the fear of speaking a foreign language and provide enjoyment in speaking this language. The relaxed mood of the courses but also the numerous cultural activities must be a precious help. Important note: we organize at the same time a course for French speaking youngsters. It's thus guaranteed to have French contacts and conversations. Maybe you'll even keep contact with somebody after the course to correspond with in French ! The groups are formed according to an evaluation test taken on Saturday afternoon. Levels from starters to intermediate. The final test, the regular evaluations and the newspaper (everyone is taken part actively to write it) are given to the parents at the end of the stay, during a short talk with the teacher. This little newspaper is a common work from all participants, it'll certainly contain some good memories for later.
A healthy and well accompanied relaxation adapted to the several ages in the group Adapted activities for youngsters, modern sport facilities: fitness, playing-room and film on Saturday. The evening, it is possible to have a film, bowling, table tennis, ... Be careful: You'll have to speak French all day long. The activities as well as the animations are also in French ! The very youngsters are always accompanied by bilingual assistants in order to resolve small problems and emotions. Example of a typical day : 08.00 breakfast 09.00 lesson 10.00 break 10.10 lesson 11.00 break 11.10 lesson 12.10 break 12.15 lunch 13.00 break + prep. for activities 13.30 start activity 17.00 snack + shower + study 18.15 dinner 19.00 newspaper 20.00 evening activity Youngster living (or on holiday) in a nearby area of Brugge may choose a non residential option (from 9 to 17.00). Included in the price : Stay in full pension in single rooms in the college (double room on request only). Test at the arrival and departure, all language courses and sports, handbooks, excursion program included entrance prices and transfers, accompaniments of the participants, use of the sporting facilities (tennis, horse-riding, swimming pool, table tennis …). According to the choosen option, animations and activities the evening (fiml, songs, barbecue, …), insurance, CD-Rom or disk with pictures of the stay and the newspaper made by the participants. Possibity to follow 2 stay one after the other. For example French and excursion week 1 and English Sport week 2. Arrival on saturdays between 15.00-16.00, departure saturday between 10.00-11.00.
